Pam Willard
Born and raised in Chesterfield, Virginia, Pamela Willard has a lifelong love for music and ministry rooted deeply in the local church. She grew up at Chesterfield Baptist Church, where she began singing at the age of two and assisting in services at the age of 8. Her whole upbringing was surrounded by music through hymns, her dad’s bluegrass bands, or school choirs and ensembles.
Pam is a proud graduate of Virginia Tech, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree. In 2017, she founded Little Sunshine Music Studio, where she serves as an early childhood development specialist, combining her passion for music with a heart for nurturing young children and families. Through her work, she has spent years helping over 1,000 children experience joy, confidence, and connection through music.
A mother and devoted lover of music, Pam believes worship is both formative and transformative at every age. Her approach to ministry is grounded in authenticity, relational connection, and a deep desire to help others encounter God through meaningful worship. In her free time, she enjoys live music, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.
